Trying to bulk? Trying to lose weight? I can help you with both! Although I am centered around the water, I love to go lifting / dryland / workout too.
Full hour of training! More time allows us to practice a variety of techniques & drills. Great for building strength & endurance!
Longest session I have available! We can either run it based on your preferences, or you can allow me to create your workout regimen. Let's get to work!!
I study & intern in the daytime, meaning I have the whole late afternoons & evenings off! I'm available almost every weekday, & have some extra space on the weekends as well.
It's true that consistency is king; the more you do something well, the greater you will be. However, I'll do my best to prove that just a lesson or two with me will make you glad you came!
